GENERATIONAL LAYERS: Gerstenblatt-Berg Family Collage Portraits

A series of collages using layers of photographs, paint, and handwritten text to explore the layers of nationality, race, and religion that comprise the artist’s family history. The series was presented at the Maine Jewish Museum in Portland, ME, and the Maine Holocaust and Human Rights Center, in Augusta, ME. (2023)
